I love getting kits from FQS because (a) they do kits I struggle to find in the UK and (b) they package them in these really cute plastic zippy wallets which keeps everything together nicely!
Secondly I have a FQ bundle of Jennifer Sampou's Studio Stash 2.
I always love Jennifer's collections - they're so useable (for both genders, adults and kids) and blend beautifully with other collections.
I stupidly missed out on Shimmer but am still trying to track it down!
Finally I have a FQ bundle of Recollections by Katarina Roccella.

Wonderful stashing, it's always slightly gutting when you 'miss' a fabric collection, I find I then become obsessed and see it in everyone else stash and not mine! Good luck searching.
ReplyDeleteI'm just the same! We're not paranoid if they're really out to get us...
DeleteI love that gravity quilt, and am a huge fan of Fat Quarter shop too. I love how they package everything in those great bags so you know you're fabric is sure to arrive safely.
ReplyDeletePlus when I have those teeny tiny pieces I cant bear to throw away, I have somewhere to stash them!
DeleteI'm so jealous you have the Gravity kit, I'm sure you'll enjoy every stitch, good luck!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'll be sure to report back.
DeleteGreat stash share! That kit quilt is going to be a stunner.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Fingers crossed...
DeleteRecollections is nice, I have thought about peachy pinks and navy as an appealing color palette of late. Happy sewing with your new additions!
ReplyDeleteI love the background of the collection to - all different forms of fabric arts. Now I just have to bring myself to cut into it!
DeleteMy sister recently turned me on to kits. I've always been an "I'll search it out myself, thank you" person, but I see some designs that simply *must* be made out of exactly the fabrics shown. I put Gravity in that category. Lucky you, for having the kit arrive this week.
ReplyDeleteThanks for showing it off!
Thanks! I've also tried the "I'll put it together myself" but often find it works out more expensive. Plus, once I have the pattern i can happily make it again another time out of different fabric.
